Turnover

This infographic was developed in Stanford's Science Teaching through Art (STAR) infographic poster workshop.  The poster describes a process known as turnover.  During turnover, old, stressed, or damaged cells are discarded and replaced by new cells.  This process is completely healthy and is required to maintain healthy organs.
